In short
- Email support@korep.fit with your registered phone number, or use the in-app option where available.
- We verify it's really you via your registered number.
- Your profile, workout history, photos and connections are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Only records we must keep by law (e.g., payment records for tax) are retained, then deleted.
1.How to request deletion
- By email: write to support@korep.fit with the subject "Account deletion request", including the mobile number registered on koRep. We'll verify the request against that number before proceeding.
- In the app: where available, open Profile → Settings and follow the account-deletion option. If you don't see it in your app version yet, use the email route above — it's equally binding.
2.Before you delete — please read
Deletion is permanent. Your workout history — every session, set and streak — cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy); deletion does not by itself generate refunds for time already billed.
- If you're a trainer, your clients keep all sessions and plans you created for them — that data belongs to them. Your public profile, reviews received and roster links are removed.
- If you just want a break, consider simply logging out or ending your trainer links — your history stays safe either way.
3.What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, DOB, gender, photo) and login identity (phone number).
- Your entire workout history — sessions, exercises, sets, notes, streaks and progress analytics.
- Your plans, trainer–client links, requests and waitlist entries.
- Your notifications, preferences and device push tokens.
- Trainers: bio, certifications, specialisations, pricing, availability, UPI handle and custom exercises.
- Reviews you wrote are already anonymous; on deletion they are disconnected from you entirely and may be removed.
4.What is retained (and why)
- Payment and subscription records — retained for the period required by Indian tax and financial-record law, then deleted. They are no longer linked to a usable identity.
- Fraud-prevention and security logs — retained briefly where necessary to protect the platform, then deleted.
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot identify you (e.g., "sessions logged in July") are unaffected, as they contain no personal data.

6.Something we could fix instead?
If you're deleting because something's broken or frustrating, we'd genuinely like the chance to fix it — write to support@korep.fit or use our contact page. But if you're set on leaving: no hoops, no dark patterns. The steps above are all there is.
